Lynda Streich
Lynda has over 25 years of progressive human resources generalist, staff and leadership experience partnering with Senior Management to translate strategic business plans into results. In her current position of Director, Human Resources Development for CF Industries, Inc., she is responsible for business consulting & strategic planning, recruitment, staffing, performance management employee relations, learning & development, change management, organizational effectiveness & project management. Prior to her current position, she was the Area Human Resources Manager for Siemens Business Communications Systems with responsibility for HR support for the Central Region's field organization.
Lynda currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Immanuel as the VP of Human Resources and is on the call committees for the Principal and Associate Pastor. Additionally, Lynda is a former board member of the Northwest Human Resources Council and held the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary Treasurer and Scholarship Director. She graduated from Bradley University with a B.S. in Speech Communications.
Lynda is a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Palatine, IL, and previously a member at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Barrington, IL. She is married to Jim and has 2 girls, Emily (11) and Lilly (8) who attend Immanuel Lutheran School in Palatine.
