Tim has served as President of LCC since October of 2001. Tim has served in Parish Ministry for 24 years in the LCMS as a Director of Christian Education, 22 of those years in the Northern Illinois District. The last 20 years Tim has served as Director of Discipleship and Good Samaritan Ministries at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Palatine, Illinois. He has also been involved at the District level having served two terms on the Board of Directors, Mission Board, and Board of Youth Ministry. Tim is currently teaching a Bible Study called WORD - with over 450 students from 26 different churches plus Internet students. Tim each year leads study tours over to the Middle East. Vida started with LCC in January of 2002. She previously worked as VP of Operations of Leasemark, Inc.. Vida is an experienced Adult Bible Study leader, small group leader and seminar/retreat speaker. Marie joined LCC in September 2003 and is working in the areas of Deaf Ministry and general Ministry Development. Marie has a Masters Degree in Social Work and previously worked as Vice President/Administrator of Lutheran Home and Services in Arlington Heights.
Rev. Roger Pollock

Roger was raised in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, and graduated from Concordia, River Forest in 1969. He served for two years as a Director of Christian Education and Youth in Omaha, Nebraska, before entering Concordia Theological Seminary in Springfield, Illinois. After graduating from the Seminary in 1975, he served congregations in Falls City, Nebraska, Davenport, Iowa, and Elgin, Illinois. Retiring after 35 years as a pastor he is presently employed by Provena Health Systems as a Registry Chaplain. He also serves as the chaplain for Elgin and South Elgin and Countryside fire departments with special training in Critical Incident Stress Management and Spiritual Care in Crisis Intervention by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation.

Richard (Rich) Martin, CDE

Richard is a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Palatine, Illinois. Rich has been a volunteer with LCC for many years in disaster response and with the K9 Comfort Dogs. His background includes leadership positions with world class brands at the director level as well as a financial services practice. Rich is a CDE (Christian Development Executive) and Gift Planning Counselor. Rich works with ministries and congregations in the areas of planning and development. As a Gift Counselor, Rich helps families with planning for their families and to continue the work of the ministries they care most about. Call Rich for more details. With a heart to serve, Rich is Board President of the Immanuel Lutheran Education Foundation and Board President of Countryside Association for people with disabilities in Palatine, IL. His wife, Dona, is also Co-Director of LCC's K-9 Comfort Dog Ministry. Their daughter, Sofie, (an Immanuel graduate) is a senior at Carthage College.

Jeanne Moore

Jeanne has worked with dogs for over 33 years volunteering with 4-H, training, and instructing classes, 10 of those years instructing offenders where many of the Comfort Dogs received training. Watching a team develop between a handler and dog is a reward for all the hard work that is put into the relationship. Jeanne is active in her local church with high school ministry, missions, and praise team. She has been blessed with a supportive husband, David. Jeanne also has two adult children, son Casey and daughter Ashlee (Aaron) and grandson Jack.
Tiffany Manor

Tiffany joined the LCC staff in June, 2012 serving in the Central Illinois District as a Deaconess. Tiffany frequently teaches and speaks for women's events, Bible studies and retreats. She has participated in and led many short term mission teams both in the U.S. and internationally. Tiffany is an authorized Red Cross Health and Safety Services instructor, and particularly enjoys combining her theological education and practical training to prepare church members to respond to disasters and crises with the love of Christ. She has previously served congregations in the Michigan district, and also Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. Tiffany received a M.A. from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana in June, 2012. Her first career and degree was in business, many people find it interesting that Tiffany and her husband, Jonathan, owned and operated a Dairy Queen prior to his attending the seminary. The Lord has blessed Tiffany and Jonathan with four children, Marissa, Grant, Grace and Melia. They live in Bloomington, Illinois.
Dianna Bonfield

Dianna joined the LCC staff September 4th, 2005 the Sunday following Hurricane Katrina, to coordinate LCC volunteers going to assist with disaster relief and recovery. She has previously served in the parish ministry at Immanuel Elmhurst, and for thirteen years, with the NID Office in Older Adult Ministry and training volunteers throughout the district. In her duties as Deaconess, Dianna serves enabling LCC volunteers and members of congregations to use the gifts and talents that God has given them to serve others in Jesus name. Dana Yocum

Dana joined LCC in January 2010. Previously, Dana was the Technology Director at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Hawthorn Woods, IL where she was responsible for the technology infrastructure for the church and school, website strategy and development, and teaching technology to students from Kindergarten through eighth grade. Under Dana's direction, two computer labs were designed, developed, and implemented, as well as interactive whiteboards and a mobile computer lab for use in classrooms. Dana's MBA and prior experience as web manager for a Fortune 100 company bring corporate experience and knowledge to LCC. Dana is committed to furthering God's Kingdom through the use of technology, and works with other LCMS congregations in this endeavor. Dana and her family are active members of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and School in Hawthorn Woods, IL.
Marshal Frisque

Marshal joined LCC in February 2012 in the area of Communications. He graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Missions. He brings with him years of marketing and social media experience from working at Concordia University Wisconsin in the Marketing department. At Concordia he implemented a social media campaign and built a strong following from the ground up. He also designed and implemented a digital and online marketing plan. He has been on many international short-term mission trips visiting 5 continents and has a heart for missions, dog ministry and ministry to those in need.
Bruce Knosher

Bruce has served in Lutheran School Ministry for over thirty years as principal, teacher, athletic director, coach, technology coordinator, marketing director, Bible study leader, and summer camp director. He has served in congregations in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, and Arkansas. Bruce has served at the District level on Lutheran School Accreditation teams, and on District curriculum writing projects.
Kolyssa Frisque

Kolyssa joined LCC in February 2013. Kolyssa had been doing freelance video production and photography since 2009. She graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a B.A. in Multimedia and Mass Communication. She first heard of LCC when the K-9 Comfort Dogs came to Concordia during exam week of her junior year. She fell in love with the ministry, and is thrilled to work with LCC by contributing her multimedia skills. Haitian Staff
